 Brickworks Ciderhouse is pleased to offer a portfolio of local, unique and innovative ciders to Canadians across the country. In hopes to take their legacy to new heights, they opened their first urban ciderhouse in Canada in 2017 – a state-of-the art cider production facility alongside a restaurant where all local fruits are celebrated and turned into delicious craft ciders. Always putting quality and the environment first, Brickworks Ciderhouse prides itself in providing local, small-batch, premium craft ciders. In addition to the flagship Batch 1904 cider, they also offer favourites such as Queen Street 501 and Stadium Island Peach ciders Canada-widerong and free.” Batch: 1904 delivers a dry, tart cider with a refreshing full apple taste finish that will take you back to the turn of the century. We locally source and press fresh Ontario heritage apples grown in the micro climates of the Georgian Bay and Niagara regions. No ingredient travels further than 300 kilometers from the tree to our Ciderhouse in Toronto, a benchmark for local food and sustainability.

The Ciderhouse seasonal menu is designed to pair with Brickworks local favourites as well as new and exclusive ciders. Cider makers from Brickworks Ciderhouse will be works closely with local culinary talent to develop locally inspired dishes such as Ontario classic apple pies made directly in-house using the same apples as the ciders.  

This collaboration will allow guests to enjoy local Brickworks ciders within an unparalleled restaurant experience including:

  • Cider selection: The Toronto Ciderhouse will serves Brickworks classic favourites and seasonals, alongside innovative micro-batches using rare apple varieties. The bar features a total of 16 drinks on taps, 10 cider and 6 local craft beer favourites from Mill Street, ultimately producing up to 40 new, rare and experimental micro-batch ciders.

  • Innovative facilities: The Ciderhouse features superior barrel and bottle aging facilities for our cider makers to experiment with, bringing Torontonians a new palette of French, Spanish, and UK style ciders to enjoy.

  • Seasonal menu: The Ciderhouse offers an exciting menu featuring fresh and local ingredients, designed to pair with the locally made ciders and classic favourites.
